Notes

Patient notes can be added and edited on the patients page. Click to expand a patient and click on a "Notes" tab.

Snippets are pre-built buttons to save time when writting commonly used text such as date, time and your name. The "Date & Time" button will add the current time the note is being written. "Provider" will write out your name.

You can also create custom snippets for commonly used data. Please ask your Administrator to add a custom snippet.
