Add/Edit

A patient can be added from the home page or the patients page. Use the icon to add a new patient. When adding a new patient, the form is populated with fields from the first tab of the patient template.

A patient can be edited from the patients page. At the bottom right corner of every patient tab is an icon that allows you to edit or add into that tab. You can also click on individual fields to edit their value.
