The Business Associate Agreement page can be accessed from the Account page of your user account. The BAA might not apply to your country. If it does, please make sure that the BAA is signed before real patient data is entered into our system. If have your own BAA that you would prefer to use, please contact us.

The Patient Template page can be accessed from the Account page of your user account. Customizing the Patient Template to the needs of your group is very imporant. The patient template lays the foundation of what patient data is captured and how patient lists are organized.

The Users page can be accessed from the Account page of your user account. We generally recommend that you invite users to join your group after the patient template is complete. However, you can choose to invite users at the same time as you are working on the patient template or before.

Patients can be added from the Home page as well as the Patients page. After your template is ready and all your users have joined your group, it is time to start adding patients.
