Patient Template

The Patient Template page can be accessed by clicking on the Profile icon then selecting Account. This page contains everything you need to cusomize the list of patients on the home page as well as the actual patient template that will be used to capture data. Changes to the patient template can be made at any time, even if your group already contains patient data. Changes to the patient template will not affect existing patient data. New patients will automatically inherit the new template. Editing an existing patient will update the template with the current one. This feature is to prevent data loss in existing patient data.

Layout

Each box represents a tab on the patient template. Each box contains settings particular to that given tab. Changes made to a tab can be visually viewed in the preview section. Every time a change is made, the preview section will update automatically. The preview section will display a sample patient based on the current template.

New Tab

There a variety of different tabs that a group can use based on their needs. Each tab is designed to accomplish certain tasks. There are no limit to the amount of tabs that can be added to your patient template.
Custom Fields - Custom Fields is the most popular tab. It allows you to create a variety of different fields to capture patient data. For example you can have a "Custom Fields" tab that holds all your patient demographics data.
Notes - Notes tab is general purpose tab that allows you to write down notes without any structure. Think of it as a blank piece of paper that anyone can write to. The note tab also support the ability to set pre-defined data that is included with a new patient. You can also create snippets of commonly used data when editing your notes.
Billing - Billing tab allows your providers to capture daily billing data such as diagnosis and charge codes. The fields within the billing tab can be customized based on the needs of your group.
Tasks - Tasks tab allows you to create and manage patient specific tasks. New tasks can be assigned to a user in your group or assigned to everyone. Notifications can also be sent on a new task or a scheduled time. The tasks tab also support default tasks that are included with every new patient.
Labs - Labs tab allows you to keep track of your patients labs in a fishbone format. You can create your own custom labs or use our pre-build labs.
Medications - Medications tab allows you to keep track of our patients medications in a structured format. Once your group start entering medications, the most common medications will become avaible for users to choose saving time entering data.
Images - Images tab allows you to keep track of images of your patients. Images can be added by uploading or taking a photo directly with your mobile device. You may also assing notes to each image.

Rename Tab

Changes made to the name of a tab are not automatically visible on existing patients. New patients and existing patients that are edited will inherit the new tab name.

Reorder Tab

Changes made to the order of a tabs are not automatically visible on existing patients. New patients and existing patients that are edited will inherit the new tab order.

Delete Tab

Deleted tabs are not automatically visible on existing patients. New patients and existing patients that are edited will inherit the new tab layout.

New Field

A new field can be added to any tab that is of type Custom Fields.
Text Box - Used to capture simple data such as MRN, Room Number, Address, etc.

Edit Field

Changes made to a field are not automatically visible on existing patients. New patients and existing patients that are edited will inherit the new changes.

Default Notes

Default notes are included with every new patient that is added to your group. Default notes allow you to save time on commonly used notes.

Note Snippets

Note snippets allow you to save time by saving commonly used data and have that data avaible with a simple click when editing patient notes.

Default tasks are included with every new patient that is added to your group. Default tasks allow you to save time on commonly used tasks.

Billing Diagnosis Codes

The Billing tab allows you to create a pre-defined list of diagnosis codes for your user to choose from. When creating the list, you may search from our built in database or create your own custom codes.

Billing Charge Codes

The Billing tab allows you to create a pre-defined list of charge codes for your user to choose from. When creating the list, each code and description need to entered manually.
